This Sauvignon Blanc has notes of white peach and a hint of lemon-lime and finishes dry leaving you with a mouthful of great minerality but balanced with great acid. This wine is best paired with shellfish, grilled vegetables in particular Brussel sprouts and asparagus and will even hold up to vinaigrettes.
